Conducting Estate Sales can be very difficult at times. We deal with peoples losses and every sale tells a story. We never lose our compassion even though we have a job to do. We develop many relationships along the way and form a bond with many customers. Today, I regret to inform you that we lost one of our own. Most of you know him and recognize him by just one word, " Bernard!" I personally developed a one on one relationship with him and he would call me and text me. Sometimes we talked for an hr about life, about God and about family! I will miss him greatly. Please pray for his family during this difficult time.

Our mission is to serve our community with respect, fairness, and integrity, ensuring a positive experience for all our patrons.

However, it has come to our attention that some customers have been expressing dissatisfaction with our pricing in ways that are disruptive and disrespectful to our staff. As a private sale, we must establish clear boundaries to maintain a respectful and productive environment.

Effective immediately, we will no longer tolerate any form of argumentative behavior or harassment towards our staff regarding pricing. Our team works diligently to price items fairly, taking into consideration the best interests of the estates we represent. We reserve the right, and indeed have an obligation, to sell these items at prices that reflect their true value.

We are aware that some of the individuals who frequently challenge our pricing are resellers who later mark up these items significantly. This practice undermines the value we strive to offer to our broader customer base and will no longer be tolerated.

To our valued and respectful customers, we extend our deepest appreciation. You are the backbone of our business, and we cherish your continued support. However, for those who persist in low-balling or engaging in confrontational behavior, we respectfully suggest you seek alternative venues for your shopping needs.

We have a robust and loyal customer base, and while we regret having to take such measures, it is essential to protect the integrity of our sales and the well-being of our staff.

If this message resonates with you as a courteous customer, we welcome you with open arms and look forward to serving you. For those few who consistently disrupt our operations, please understand that we will not hesitate to enforce a ban to preserve the positive atmosphere for everyone else.
